Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 + years of proven hands-on experience in full-lifecycle tech recruitment.
• In-depth understanding of technical skills and roles across software development, IT, engineering, etc.
