Role : Sr. Tech Support Engineer

Location : India

Who are we looking for?

Sr. Tech Support Engineer

Primary Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Provide Technical Support

1. Provide professional remote technical support services for HP users

2. Remotely guide users to deal with system and software problems, including system installation, debugging, use, and related software

3. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware failures, inquire about scheduled spare parts, and coordinate follow-up maintenance

4. Special cases are upgraded in time, and cooperate with other teams to solve user problems

5. Clearly and completely record case information in the system according to the process

6. Find out the user's usage needs, and recommend upgrading products and configurations to improve the user's experience.

Requirements:

1. Good communication and expression skills, proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability

2. Have computer foundation, have a certain understanding of computer operating system, and commonly used software and hardware

3. College degree or above

4. Experience in customer support is preferred
