: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top talent for various roles . The role requires a strategic approach to sourcing and selection, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Candidate Sourcing:
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Interviewing and Assessment:
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer Management:
• Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of positions, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR , SHRM-CP, AIRS) is preferred.
