  • Execution and delivery of end-to-end recruitment process on all levels, guiding Hiring Manager (HM) through the entire process to ensure the best suitable candidate in alignment with team members and future needs.
  • Overall responsible for assigned Job Requisitions and need to closely work with various stakeholders (BU Head, HM, HRBP, Sourcer, Admin) till closure
  • Matrix management of sourcer and admin through process from Recruitment Strategy Discussion (RSD) setting mutual expectations to hire (through strong partnership and coaching with the RPO provider)
  • Acts as TA subject matter expert for the HRBP and business regarding upcoming organizational changes, headcount implications and timelines.
  • Liaise with HRBP as a trusted advisor with input to Work Force Planning (WFP) and drives the TA part of the process.
  • Together with sourcing partner, provides forecasts and knowledge about industry trends/benchmarking based on LoB future plans.
  • Guardian of Novo Nordisk employer value proposition to ensure that NN\'s proposition is conveyed in a compelling way across the recruitment life cycle and thereby enhance Novo Nordisk employer brand in the country /potentially other countries.
  • Determine all recruitment strategies for all senior positions. Ensure minimal use of external search agencies and increase utilisation of in-house proactive search services
