Innovate to solve the world\'s most important challenges Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain software applications and websites to ensure they are functioning properly and performing optimally. Conduct regular system and website checks to identify and resolve any issues or bugs, and ensure security protocols are being followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, including development, IT, and security teams. Use monitoring tools to track performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes to enhance the user experience. Develop and maintain documentation on monitoring processes and procedures. You must have: 6+ years of experience working with web and/or client-side technologies. Proven experience in software and website monitoring, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and monitoring tools. Experience with scripting languages such as Java, Python, Bash, and PowerShell. Knowledge of Devops container/orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Puppet, etc) Experience working with cloud-based platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience developing solutions for service monitoring, automated remediation, measuring availability and reliability, performance, analytics, network We value: Knowledge of automation, ensuring a reliable CI/CD pipeline and configuring alerting for all critical modules. Certifications in relevant technologies, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect. Experience with containerization and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with web based technologies. Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Git. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
