Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Visa\'s Corporate IT (CIT) organization is adding a ServiceNow Developer role in Bangalore to its People Technology team, focused on People Technology solutions.As a Senior Software QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our HRSD applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test strategies . Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute test cases using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and validate the functionality, performance, and security of our HRSD applications.Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of HRSD workflows, configurations, and integrations, identifying and documenting any defects or issues.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the integrity of the HRSD platform.
• Participate in test automation efforts using ATF, developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HRSD and ServiceNow platform, proactively suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of HRSD applications, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor\'s degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Strong knowledge and experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) on the ServiceNow platform.
• 3 - 6 years of proficiency in using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to design and execute test cases.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using ATF.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, track, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer (CAD) certifications are a plus.
