• Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
• Review and debug code.
• Perform validation and verification testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
• Document development phases and monitor systems.
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of

relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or more than 2

years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,
MD)

• BE or equivalent.

Skills:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
Familiarity with common stacks.
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS and JavaScript).
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (Java - must) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular or React - must).
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL or MongoDB), and UI/UX design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Great attention to detail.
Organizational skills.
An analytical mind.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Proficiency in front-end technology: ReactJS.
Proficiency in back-end technology: Java/Spring Boot.
Strong database knowledge.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
