To maintain material receipt activity. To maintain material stocking activity in a decided location. Preparation of Goods Receipt note in ERP system. Responsible for maintaining Min. & Max. Stock level of material. Reconciliation of Physical stock versus ERP system Stock through Perpetual Inventory Process. Handling Manpower on roll as well as contractual ShiftWise. Maintaining daily MIS regarding GRN, vehicle trend, and unloading time. Updating daily Stock transfer GRN status, To Implantation of FIFO for the stock components. Attending ALPSP & ALPS SC meetings and running improvement activities Monitoring & ensuring the daily cycle count activity as per the annual Inventory plan. Maintaining/Monitoring all records of material dispatch by Stores (Dockets, Pick list, Invoices, MSJ Copy) Disposal/sending the rejected material to the suppliers in time. Handling Monthly Statutory Audits conducted by External Auditors. To maintain the standard stock locations for the raw materials. Arranging Monthly Review Meetings and taking Monthly action on Non-Moving/ Slow Moving Inventory. Arranging vehicles for (Job Work Materials) Pick-up and Drop to a subcontractor daily. Verifying bills for transportation as per agreement and coordinating with the central logistics Team. Making the documentation as per the Environmental procedures and ensuring safe work conditions in the work area. Maintain Store staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, and appraising job results. Preparing and Maintaining the Skill Metrics & on Job Training records of employees. What you can be Good English both oral and written. Good coordination and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office Qualifications & Experience Education - Graduate / Diploma Experience - 1 to 3 years.
