Candidates will have experience working cross-functionally across internal teams, as well as an aptitude for data analysis. \xef\x82\xa7 Drive Customer Engagement: Full ownership of customer engagement metrics, understanding, analyzing and reporting them on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly, annually) to the India PV Organization, taking actions to increase engagement, and influencing others where required
\xef\x82\xa7 Plan for Success: Design a customer driven storefront roadmap aimed at increasing customer engagement and conversions as soon as they visit Prime Video Hub leveraging personalization, Global tools and manual overrides
\xef\x82\xa7 Optimize for Conversions: Execute the vision proposed by systematically running a well-defined program with clarity on projects, ownership, and delivery timelines. Optimize conversions by finetuning and tweaking storefront placements through experiments. Utilize data to build an operating plan that maximizes conversions daily.
\xef\x82\xa7 Influence Product: Interface with Global Storefront Product teams and hold them accountable to driving performance in India. Contribute to and manage experiments from an India perspective and ensure that all rollouts drive incremental conversion without harming engagement.
\xef\x82\xa7 Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across multiple teams to provide visibility for entertainment content that resonates well with the right customers, but also know where to provide less support where it damages engagement. An ability to lead with confidence and conviction in prioritizing levers is integral
\xef\x82\xa7 Increase visibility: Raise the profile of Storefront Marketing within the Prime Video Organization by presenting regular Quarterly Performance Reviews and Annual Roadmaps outlining initiatives run locally as well as by Global Product teams
\xef\x82\xa7 Drive Streamer to Shopper: Identify opportunities to drive shopper behavior while streaming on Prime Video to encourage cross-business behavior and deepen customer engagement with Amazon

This team also takes full ownership of customer engagement which requires a solid grasp of key engagement metrics and a track record of high performance.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Mumbai, MH, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze dataPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
