We are seeking a diligent and experienced Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining the store layout, ensuring efficient customer service, and supervising staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and replenishments.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
• Store Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
• Create staff schedules and allocate tasks effectively.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Manage cash and oversee transactions.
