Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our retail operations. The Store Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Managing and overseeing the inventory of materials, components, and finished products.
• Planning and implementing inventory control procedures and strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Liaising with the production team to ensure that materials are available for manufacturing processes.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and supplier performance.
• Supervising the receiving and inspection of materials and components, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
• Ensuring the proper storage and handling of materials and finished products, including compliance with safety regulations.
• Identifying and addressing inventory-related issues and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Manage the inventory of raw materials, finished products, and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely procurement
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or store management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage inventory, suppliers, and store staff
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in the doors/windows manufacturing industry is a plus
