And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.Job summaryIn this role, you will be responsible for development, management of the global price configuration and quotation tool(s).This role will liaise with global and regional commercial operation stakeholders to develop system capabilities that reflect approved price standards and requirements of West portfolio products. He/she will be responsible for translating the commercial requirements to technical requirement in collaboration with the D&T team.Additionally, this role will develop training contents and support a training strategy and subsequent execution across the sales and marketing teams for related price tools and processes.CPQ and other related pricing tools are unique databases that require continuous data quality management. He/she will contribute to the ongoing data quality management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Active member of the AP Commercial Operations Team and Global Pricing Team
  • Manage a globally consistent and compliant process for developing and maintaining ERP price master conditions to comply with the West Pricing Policy and to ensure timely and accurate price availability in CPQ, in collaboration with Global Pricing Team
  • Act as the point of contact for all requirements related to CPQ
  • Drive adoption of CPQ across West and ensure compliance with the policy and guidelines. Understand and implement the best practices in coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to understand the requirements and improvement needs and implement them in coordination with D&T
  • Understand the current processes in different regions and policies related to quotations, and participate in the projects aimed at simplification and streamlining of the processes
  • Collaborate with Product Management for simplification of identifying Non-standard products, and streamlining approval workflows for non-standard products for making it easier and faster for sales to provide quotation to customers
  • Analyzes CPQ data; create and develop reports that will deliver actionable insights with key analytics for the leadership
  • Establish an exceptional partnership with internal stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on the matters of CPQ and Quote-to-Cash process
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager to support other projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or Information technology from premier college
  • Minimum 5 years in CPQ management or similar experience of product management.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Basic understanding of Quote to Cash process
  • Prior experience of using a CPQ application, such as Salesforce CPQ or Oracle CPQ, would be preferred
  • General understanding of business finance - costs, margin, profits, overhead, depreciation, etc.
  • Understanding of industry structures, business models, competitive dynamics
  • Strong aptitude for data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and fit with Excel. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Basic knowledge of INCO terms and taxes is preferred
  • SAP experience, mainly pricing modules is preferred
  • Experience with Analytics and business intelligence solutions
  • Proficient in English
  • High flexibility, independent and precise working style, highly efficient
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this .
  • Able to maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Able to comply with the company\'s safety policy always
