This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives where your purpose accelerates our mission.:This position is responsible for contribution as architect role and proposes the software road map for JDE software which will include application upgrade as well as for the daily operations of multiple instances of existing Enterprise One 9.2 installations. Performing the installation and upgrade of tools and provide the Level 3 support to JDE end users. Ability to develop application architecture as new requirements arises. Contribute to automation of existing manual processes. Conduct regular reviews with US team and get the organizational broader picture from business prospective. Work closely with various teams likes DBA, non-B4One etc.Roles and Responsibility: (but not limited to)

• Ability to understand the capabilities and limitations of the JDE CNC environments.
• Ability to develop application architecture as new requirements arise
• Validate the design and other details with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements
• Identify business gaps from the solution blueprint and provide workable solutions Understanding of Business processes, Articulation of it and understand the JDE relevance to it is essential
• Familiarity with Oracle database, Microsoft SQL Server and DB2
• Manage the team and get the work done from team members. Experienced in installing, configuration and troubleshooting JDE versions
• Hands on experience in Enterprise One 8.12, 9.1, 9.2 is an added advantage
• Should be able to maintain multiple JDE Environments
• Tune JDE performance as needed in the Environment
• General Incident Management (CNC) - P1 / P2
• Applying ESU / ASU
• Experience Orchestration & RTE
• Tool Release Upgrade
• BSSV Installation and package builds
• Database Data source
• Web Server Installation and Administration
• Installation of Enterprise One , Upgrade Release Enterprise One
• Familiarity with Sun Solaris, Unix/Linux
• Excellent technical knowledge, aptitude and experience in the areas of server administration, networks, Workstations, JDE application software and troubleshooting/problem solving techniques
• Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates and Tools Release upgrades
• Familiarity with OAS & experience with basic administration, of this environment
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Highly self-motivated and directed

Qualification:

• Experienced in JD Edwards CNC Support
• Analytical skills (ability to process data / prepare presentation on the base of identified internal customer needs)
• At least Bachelor's degree with 5-9 years of experience in JDE CNC position.
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Strong technical documentation skills, Good oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
