The Corporate Technology Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Management Office (IMO) Team leads the transition of acquired companies into our existing technology stack.We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented M&A Technical Analyst to join our M&A Integration Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking legacy software information, conducting extensive research on processes, coordinating integration steps, and overseeing the technical integration aspects of acquisitions. This position requires continuous collaboration with team members, other M&A teams, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of M&A activities.Key Responsibilities:Track and document legacy software information, ensuring all relevant details are captured and maintained in an organized and accessible manner.Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system design, implementation, and operation.Conduct comprehensive research on current and potential business processes, systems, and models in relation to the integration activities.Identify and analyze potential integration opportunities and challenges, proposing solutions and strategies to optimize the integration process.Collaborate closely with M&A teams, technology departments, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth transition and integration of systems and processes.Participate in regular meetings, providing updates on progress, discussing potential issues, and contributing to the development of strategies and plans.Assist in the development and implementation of M&A strategies, contributing technical and business insights to support decision-making processes.Monitor and report on the post-merger integration process, identifying any areas of concern or opportunities for improvement.Provide support in the due diligence process, analyzing and evaluating technical aspects of potential deals.Coordinate with various teams to ensure that all systems, operations, and processes align with the overall business strategy post-merger or acquisition.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the M&A process.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in regulations that may impact M&A activities.Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to support M&A integration objectives.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or a similar role in the M&A space.
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and/or programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in M&A activities, including due diligence, system integration, and post-merger integration processes.
  • Proven track record of contributing technical and business insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in regulations that may impact M&A activities.
