  • Sr. Solution Account Manager will provide complete sales and marketing services to all customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory in accordance with sound business principles and specific sales and marketing policies.
  • Also, to secure sufficient sales volume to meet or exceed established sales budgets as specified in the profit plan and accomplish other sales and marketing objectives
  • Secure sales volume to meet or exceed sales budget in the industrial vertical
  • Spec-in company solution through active engagement with OEMs. Provide quote and application solutions to potential customers with timely and high-quality service
  • Manage and improve sales funnel/CRM with a good win ratio. Develop monthly sales forecasts. Initiate a weekly plan for specified verticals or territories.
  • Educate and engage customers with new products/solutions/programs. Effectively manage existing and new accounts to consistently improve market share in India.
  • This position will report to Solution Sales Director, Mass Transit
Requirements:
  • Education - Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years\' experience in related technical sales. In-depth knowledge of solution selling to system integrators and end users.
  • Markets -Good understanding of eco-system and sales life cycle of projects in such typical vertical markets as Metro Rail, Railways, Defense, Tunnels, Highways, Airports and Govt.
  • Customers Define our Success - Results oriented with a process mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ownership. Willing to dedicate extra time
  • and travel to meet objectives.
