Job Description

Candidate will have 4 to 5 years of proven experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. As a Senior Software Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our software products.



Key Responsibilities:



• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and issues.
• Create and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Document test results and report defects using designated tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
• Participate in test planning and strategy discussions.
• Maintain and update test documentation.
• Assist in regression testing, user acceptance testing, and test data creation.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.





Requirements:



• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (BE/B.Tech or MCA).
• Preferred academic background with scores of 75% or above in 10th standard, 12th standard, and Graduation.
• Able to manage a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of software testing principles is a plus.





Qualifications: (Must Have)



• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (BE/B.Tech or MCA)
• Academic scores of 75% or above in 10th standard, 12th standard, as well as in Graduation
