Position : Sr. Software Engineer/ Software Engineer


Location : Remote / Work from Office. Office is located at Baner, Pune.


Work timings: 6.30pm to 3.30am (the role is WFH in case of women developers)



The Software Engineer is a hands-on role within the company. This person is responsible for the entire software development life cycle for applications being developed in the company.


Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Associate VP of Application Development and is based in Pune, India or remote in case of women developer/s


• Design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications
• Demonstrates understanding of departmental procedures, programming standards, and all pertinent training materials
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate in a team setting
• Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project and ensure the highest quality code
• Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, code quality automation and support continuous-integration process
• Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
• Work on core database structures and designs
• Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness


Qualifications:

This job requires attentions to detail and the ability to multitask, excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.


• A bachelor's degree in computer science or another relevant field is required
• In-depth knowledge of .NET 3.5 or above with C#(3+ Years)
• In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET MVC (3+ Years)
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, procedures in SQL Server 2008 (or later)(3+ Years)
• Experience with Telerik MVC or Kendo UI preferred.
• Working knowledge with ASP.NET Web Forms, TFS, Entity Framework, SSRS, SAP Crystal reports, jQuery, AngularJS, SOAP and REST API
• Working knowledge of classic ASP and Cold Fusion desirable
• Knowledge of any warehouse management system, order fulfillment systems, EDI systems desirable
