Product Information Capabilities team is seeking a Senior Developer STIBO, that will play the critical role of linking business objectives to core technological capabilities. This role will drive organized and effective requirements to build and enhance the STIBO solution.They will be responsible for partnering with the business analyst to collect the requirements from business, establishing processes, and coordinating the work with our technical development team. This team member will be responsible for the overall STIBO solution which will consist of designing, development, support, and upgrades. Individual should be able to grow and inspire the team\'s technical skills and keep up with the technological paradigm shift.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collaborate with internal teams / Solution Architects to produce software design and architecture.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
• Advises project managers & analysts on Development impacts/strategies.
• Learn & work on POC\'s of trending technology along with Application / Solution Architects
• Be part of third-party Product / Tools Evaluation team
• More strategic conversation, a resource for managers/directors to translate technical discussions.
• Advises on best data practices within applications and projects.
• Hands on Experience configuring and enhancing Stibo Step Trailblazer version 11 and above
• Hands on Experience integrating Stibo platform with upstream and downstream systems through IIEP, OIEP and Gateway endpoints (REST API)
• Experience working with Java web services, including SOAP and restful with preferably a strong hands-on experience in SQL.
• Strong experience writing Java script for STIBO STEP Workflow and Web UI customizations.
• Working experience in Oracle database
• Experience with Product Information Management Systems (PIM/MDM)
• Experience developing XSLT stylesheets.
• Experience leading / working with teams in an agile setting as an analyst.
• Experience working as Stibo developer/Analyst as a Technology lead on large technology implementation project.
• Experience working directly with business clients to design an IT solution that meets business requirements, including articulating the pros and cons of various technologies, platforms and architectural options, and documenting use cases, solutions, and recommendations.
• Excellent problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution.
• Ability to research, plan, organize, lead, and implement new processes or technology.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story.
• Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and stakeholders.
