In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs. The team is part of the Cloud Protection and Licensing (CPL) business line of Thaless DIS Global Business Unit.Thales offers the only complete enterprise encryption portfolio that provides persistent protection of sensitive data at all critical points in its lifecycle and unifies data discovery, protection and control in one platform. From the physical and virtual data center to the cloud, our solutions help organizations remain protected, compliant, and in control of their data.Job ResponsibilitiesThe market researcher in Data Security team will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Exhibits good leadership and communication skills to collaborate with team, product management, and technical support.
• Spends 100% time as individual contributor.
• Work with minimal guidance; seek guidance on only the complex tasks.
• Autonomy coding and testing; contribute in designing of the module(s) developed by the team.
• Participates in requirement definition, design discussions and documentation.
• Ensures automation, quality and security of the module(s) developed by the team.
• Adheres the processes to meet necessary compliance.
• Participate or handle customer cases.
• Share knowledge with-in Team.

Skills and Experience

• B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Cybersecurity / Embedded field from an accredited college/university.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and building complex software systems and applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, .
• Exposure to REST base web service will be added plus.
• Good knowledge on Smart Card or PKI
• Manage source code using Git, ensuring version control and collaboration within the development team.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks.
• RDBMS exposure to Microsoft SQL or posgreSQL added+
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, DevOps is plus.

Language and Interpersonal Skills

• English fluency is mandatory. The candidate should be comfortable discussing technical design and details in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively communicate the research findings to others in the team.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to collaborate with remote teams.
• Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
