:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 10
Develop new module/component, and enhance existing functionality to high-standards. Adhere to best practices that enhance user experience, usability, scalability, performance and security.
Contributes to the development and maintenance of reusable standards and libraries.
Work on technology upgrades (.NET / UI frameworks), research new technologies and suggest as well as implement best possible upgrade paths.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with main stakeholders involved in the project - peer developers, dev lead, QA team and business analysts.
Good knowledge of OOPS, C#, ASP.NET 3.5/4.0/4.5, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server 2012-17, Ajax, Webservices.
Knowledge of MVC 4/5, Multilingual, XML and XSLT, 3-tier architecture
Strong JavaScript skills with good knowledge of JQuery
Knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures
Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
Good understanding of Websites and Web applications
Good Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ and REST APIs
Knowledge of TFS, GIT, JIRA
B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with 8-10+ years of relevant experience
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record actively contributing to the implementation of innovative, best-practice-based, technical solutions in a complex and challenging environment
Formal training and/or certification in any of these tools and technologies will be a plus.
Thorough understanding of agile software development methodology (Scrum) and industry best practices.
Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented design, databases, algorithms, data structures, usability, refactoring, debugging, and configuration management.
Excellent design and problem solving skills and disciplined, engineering oriented mind set.
Ability to do perform independent research and generating new ideas will be a plus
Good Knowledge of TFS/GIT
