Since the beginning, Thales has been playing an essential role in India\xe2\x80\x99s growth story by sharing its technologies and expertise in Defence, Transport, Aerospace and Digital Identity and Security markets.Job SummaryWe are looking to hire a senior software engineer to join our core team and spearhead the development of our unified open platform based at our R&D Center in Bangalore.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and build scalable and reliable microservice-based applications.Build enterprise grade apps to provide enterprise API security.Start-to finish application development: requirements gathering, design, development, and delivery of the solution.Deliver solutions in a fast paced and challenging environment using cutting-edge technologies.Job Knowledge and Skills:Overall 5 - 7 years of experience building large-scale enterprise applications.Experience with RESTful Web Services, and API development.Experience with databases and data modeling, both SQL and NoSQL.4+ years of experience in JAVA and the Springboot/Hibernate framework.Experience in building microservices.Experience with docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage.Must be familiar with modern, cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS/Azure/GCP.Experience with Scrum and other agile development practices.QualificationsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\'s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
