We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team, specializing in Odoo development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules, as well as a strong background in software engineering principles and best practices. Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo development and software engineering.


Key Responsibilities:


• Odoo Development: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet the business requirements.
• System Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Project Management: Lead development projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo and related technologies, and implement improvements as necessary.


Skills:


• Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Extensive experience with Odoo framework and module development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database management.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certifications: Odoo certification is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
