Our products have been repeatedly recognized by Gartner and Forrester as market leaders.We\'re looking for a Team Leader to support and lead our Integrations Product Development Team.Our ChallengeWe have multiple products, built and acquired, that successfully enable the largest and most recognized brands accomplish their development goals. As a Software Team Leader, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to drive this process for one of our main products, working closely with product managers, architects, and the brilliant developers. What You\'ll Do

• Support and lead a team of software engineers, driving highly effective execution, delivering high quality results on time
• Remove knowledge bottlenecks and lead code refactoring activities to support high maintainability and team scalability
• Coach and provide constant feedback to team members to support their professional growth
• Gain product and technology expertise, from research and validation, to design and development, to monitoring the product in production
• Hands on position, as part of your role, you will have an active role participating in the development and delivery of the product

What You\'ll Bring

• At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading development teams
• Minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in software development
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Proven extensive experience with Microsoft .NET technologies: .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#
• Experience with at least some of the front-end technologies: JavaScript, React, jQuery, ASP .NET MVC
• Experience with product integrations, APIs, ETLs, data ingestion and egestion
• Proven experience with relational databases, fluent with SQL

• Proven experience in building and supporting cloud-based, enterprise grade, SaaS applications
• Team player, strong communication skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a group of senior professionals
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Fluent English: both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle DB
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Experience with Java
• Experience with Python
• Experience with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS
