We make optimal use of the possibilities of new technologies such as Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotics as enablers for efficient and effectiveWe are looking for Sr Software Developer\xc2\xb7 We are looking for an experienced Developer to join one of our Artificial Intelligence Tech Team.\xc2\xb7 Together with our Business Partners you will develop technology-driven cloud-based solutions.\xc2\xb7 You will be engaged with Siemens Global Business Services, it\xe2\x80\x99s customers and prospects across various business lines.\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for delivering \xe2\x80\x9cOut-of the-box\xe2\x80\x9dAI features, driving digital transformation of our own operations and those of our customers across different technology domains.You\xe2\x80\x99d describe yourself as:

• As experienced JavaScript developer (Node.js, Typescript, \xe2\x80\xa6) focused on AI cloud integration and backend automation you will be responsible for:
• building AI driven bots (chatbots, mailbots, voicebots, etc.)
• developing CTI (Call Center Telephony Integration) of our AWS Connect based contact centers into e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.
• implementing integration with 3rd party systems in accordance with business requirements,
• working across new age scripting languages and adapting to cloud environments and rapidly changing technology stacks,
• guiding customers to get the best matching architectures and solutions for their use cases
• producing clean code and automated test, troubleshooting and bug fixing.

• University degree in Computer Science or other equivalent disciplines and at least 5 years of the relevant experience.
• Strong programming skills in in Node JS & NPM, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Proven track record of developing solutions based on AWS lambda, AWS Connect, AWS Lex, experience with MS Azure Cloud services is a plus
• Very good understanding of project cycles, development environments, and source control techniques.
• Familiar with API management solutions and working with REST.
• You can multitask in a fast-changing agile world and bring high-energy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are a must.
