The Ford Motor Credit Company team helps put people behind the wheels of great Ford and Lincoln vehicles. By partnering with dealerships, we provide financing, personalized service and professional expertise to five thousand dealers and more than four million customers in over one hundred countries around the world.
The Smart Secure Documents (SSD) team is an initiative under the Service Layer Transformation Modernization effort. Our teams\' goals are to digitize the documents we use to engage with our customer. The desirable candidate has a strong AEM background and possesses the desire to continue building the framework to support a multi-channel approach for incoming and outgoing requests. SSD is transitioning from a tightly integrated application to a modular framework to support numerous other application teams. SSD seeks to become the sole source or documents for Customer Service requests.
