At Visa, the Value Added Services Acceptance Solutions Product team is going through a transformation to maintain our market leading position & strong brand reputation across small business.

We are looking for C#, ASP.NET developers to develop the authorize.net applications within our payment technology team.

You will:

• be tasked with projects ranging from full stack development of REST Service, APIs, Back-end Batching applications, and Web Front-End User Interfaces that are highly functional, secure, scalable, and robust.
• partner with colleagues to understand the clients\' objectives and how our services cater to their business needs.
• be integral in crafting an application that flows seamlessly and works intuitively with our merchants.
• Take complete ownership of projects, coordinating associated engineering activities, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality expectations.
• Identify the most effective and creative solutions to various types of problems. Write optimized quality code that is easily maintainable.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or an Advanced degree with 5-7 years of hands-on coding experience in C#, .NET (ASP.Net, WCF, WF, ADO.Net, Asmx, WebAPI) and Visual Studio
• Experience with SQL Server, Transact SQL, and Stored Procedures
• Understanding of distributed systems and implementing solutions using standard data structures and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Unit Testing. Experience in designing and developing web applications using Web Services, understanding of commonly used design patterns
• Experience with client-side technologies such as MVC(x), JavaScript, CSS/SASS, React, JQuery, HTML/HTML5
• Knowledge of technologies like (XML, XSL, X-Path, JSON, Rest, Soap, WS*), Web Security, Asp.Net Web security infrastructure
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
