Sr. Software Engineer - React, Node 3 - 5 Yrs Experience The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology developer with experience in developing scalable applications and platforms. They must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. The person should be a self-motivated person with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning. Roles & Responsibilities -Collect requirements, design, develop and test software code -Work with team leads and other team members to deliver an effective React, Node based solution to clients -Engage with clients for understanding requirements or to detail out plan related to projects -Fix bugs and provide production support -Prioritize across multiple tasks and manage time effectively -Learn new technologies outside his/her primary skills -Develop solutions to challenging problems -Effectively communicate with team members, project managers and clients, as required -A proven high-performer and team-player, with the ability to take the lead on projects Technical Skills The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in -Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript. -Experience in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. -Knowledge of web design principles and web accessibility standards. -Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. -Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals. -Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management. -DevOps - Good to have -Kafka, Pulsar - Good to have Mega Walk-In Event in Chennai on 13th & 14th October for React Node Developers.
