Job description Social Media Marketing Specialist Company Description BraveLabs is a privately held, B2B full service digital transformation startup for the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve for our various clients. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. You should be able to understand complex scientific data and present it in a way that optimizes readership and encourages the consumer to take action. A top-notch medical copywriter should do thorough research based on high-authority sources, write with creative flair, and adhere to medical ethics. The role is responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content, content strategy and communication standards. SKILLS Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Build influencer network
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company\xe2\x80\x99s social content.
  • Off Page and On-Page Activities - ensure and take responsibility for all back-linking, social bookmarking, directory listing etc
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads) Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company s marketing and online review building).
  • Leverage the right tools to manage your content.
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing) Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Attend educational conferences
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • SEO monitor and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Experience in INFLUENCER OUTREACH & Influencer Marketing.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and Constraints
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9360,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9550,000.00 per year Schedule:

Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
