Company Profile- AIETS is a research based educational organization working in the domain of K-12 and competitive exams. AIETS has been founded under the guidance of nationally renowned Professor Dr O.P Agarwal. AIETS areas of operations span from publishing to curriculum development to providing customized academic solutions to schools and coaching institutions. We are looking for an innovative subject matter experts to guide the development of solutions for our business. As a subject matter expert, your duties will include creating and evaluating content solutions for UPSC, SPSC and various other national level exams. Roles & responsibilities- Should be involved in the creation, curation, review, quality control, and validation of developed content. With strong knowledge, understanding, and expertise in the general studies subjects, SMEs should be the content quality checkpoints in the organization. Analyze and research exam patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends of questions asked in UPSC / SPSC and other competitive examinations . Work on user feedback collected from multiple channels Understanding the student preparation cycle and making content for his best preparation Conceptual understanding of how students learn should be top-notch, specifically in their respective subject areas. They should be experts in solving questions both from textbooks and other sources in a systematic manner for various levels of complexity. They should provide guidance to other SMEs to improve content accuracy, language, and overall quality of the books by the way of videos, training modules, etc. Desired Candidate Profile-

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (in any stream)
• Medium: English or Bilingual (English/Hindi)
• Must have written UPSC Mains
• Must have min 2 years of prior experience in content development
• An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in India
• Should have a strong passion for education, and be willing to learn new things
• Self-driven, creative, and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month Schedule:
