The Workspace ONE Assist client has support tools and device information available. The combination of remote control and information allows you to troubleshoot any issues on devices quickly and accurately.

This role is an excellent fit for DevOps engineers who want to own production solutions while getting hands-on with a wide variety of the latest and most remarkable technologies and love to push the boundaries of what cloud infrastructure software and tooling can achieve. We use various cloud platforms and technologies such as Ansible, Jenkins, AWS, Observabilities tools, etc. Our product currently runs on a Microsoft-related technology stack (Windows Server, Microsoft SQL), and we are in the progress of modernizing the tech stack. We have an extensive catalogue of internal and external training content you can leverage if you need to brush up on something you know or learn something new.
What is the primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
The Assist Ops team drives the delivery and reliability of our global SaaS offering\'s core applications, services, and infrastructure. We are often involved in the leading-edge use cases of the SaaS transformation of the product and work towards automated solutions for both infrastructure and the application.
We need someone with a DevOps mindset for solving problems and maintaining a high degree of ownership as we continue our automation journey into Software-Defined datacenters for hosting our SaaS products. You are also expected to write infrastructure/DevOps-related code, scripts, design, and drive technical decisions. You will be expected to learn and own DevOps initiatives and champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
