Your Remit

• To work earnestly to provide service support to customers to achieve customer delight and profitability for the company.
• To carry out machine Installations and commissioning
• To train customers, operators, and engineers regarding operation, preventive maintenance, etc.
• Planned/broken down maintenance of machines under warranty as well as under AMC.
• Follow up from time to time for payments and spare parts orders with customers.
• To maintain customer service records/ flies etc.
• To carry out machine Demonstration at customer end / Demo room / Exhibitions, etc.
• Timely submission of reports as desired by seniors

Your profile

• Graduate in Engineering
• 2-3 years\' experience in a similar role
• Good working experience on CNC machines, preferably in the wire harness manufacturing field.
• Should possess good communication skills.
• High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork
