The Senior SEO Analyst will be crucial in optimizing our clients' digital footprints, enhancing their search engine rankings, and boosting their online visibility through effective digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement successful SEO and digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content creation and optimization.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve site structure, internal linking, and metadata.
• Develop and execute a blogger outreach strategy that aligns with the company's SEO objectives to initiate the premium link-building process.
• Research and identify influential bloggers and websites within our industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bloggers, influencers, and content managers.
• Negotiate and secure guest posting opportunities on high-authority domains.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for guest posts.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of guest posts and outreach campaigns using SEO tools and metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, blogger outreach, and content marketing.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and insights to senior management.
• Monitor and scrape the backlinks & referring domains through SEO metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to assess rankings, traffic, conversions, and digital marketing effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, Google algorithm changes, and digital marketing industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content creation teams to ensure that SEO strategies are seamlessly integrated into all digital marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze keyword rankings to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong focus on SEO and digital marketing.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO or similar digital marketing roles, with a specific focus on the Asia & USA market or clients based in the Asia & USA.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), crucial for digital marketing analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, essential for effective digital marketing strategy execution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, essential for a digital marketing professional.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Proven track record of successful outreach campaigns.
• Ability to initiate and grow partnerships with key industry players.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective outreach and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge about off-page SEO (Guest posting, Blogger Outreach).
• Ability to write clear, persuasive emails and communications for securing guest posts.
