Designation: SCM -Sr. Executive or AMJob Location: ChennaiExperience: 4-6 years,Education: Gratuity/PG with relevant experience.CTC upto 6 LPASr. SCM Executive or Assistant Manager - SCM1Procurement - Getting Offer from Suppliers / Place PO / follow up for Order Execution2Checking & Verification Import Documents & forward to CHA3Customs Clearance - Import Shipment ( Co-ordination with CHA )4Re-Export Work - Warranty Failed Parts return process5Quotation submission - Against Customer Enquiry & recommended by Service Engineers6Submission Drilling Tools & Consumables quotation with Customers & Sales Persons7L&T Portal - RFQ, ASN & MRN submission on time8Tracking Daily MRN Status on L&T Portal9Rental machine - Check Parts availability & Follow up for Order Execution.10Outstanding follow up with the customers11Responsible for Parts Ordering on time for Rental Machines12Co-Ordination with Service team - Gear Box Overhauling work13Transport Arrangement14Update Customers back Orders & maintain tracker report15Customer Visit - for Outstanding reconcilation & Order follow up
