Innovate high-purity, high-performance chemicals and materialsPosition SummaryThe position is Sales Ops Specialist / Sr Sales Ops Specialist- Impact by Honeywell India business, based in India and will report to Sales Excellence Leader. This sales leadership role will be responsible for driving sales and achieving results as per the business plan. The goal of the position is to drive profitable above-market sales growth by implementing competitive sales strategies for entry into new markets and driving a strong sales operating process in Personal Protective Equipment industry.Role: Sales Ops Specialist / Sr. Sales Ops Specialist

  • Function: Sales Excellence and Support
Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, or classes for sales team, both in-person and online tools.
Training Support: Assist in the development and design of training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, learning modules, and other content.
Individual Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to address specific skill gaps or performance issues identified during training sessions.
Training Evaluation: Assist in assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and collaborate with the NSM/RSM to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
Administrative Support: Assist in the logistical aspects of training programs, such as registration, venue arrangements, and tracking training attendance.
Create and share weekly and monthly MIS with respect to training execution with action plan to improve the same.
Collaborate with sales leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs and prioritize learning objectives based on market dynamics, product updates and address skill gaps.Key attributes of successful candidates will include:Previous Work ExperienceBachelor\'s degree with min 5 years sales experience
Experience in sales training or sales enablement or commercial excellence.Preferred Personality & Behavioral TraitsMust be a passionate, professional, motivated quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, such as consultative selling, solution selling, or challenger sales.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of varying backgrounds and experience levels.
Self-managed and self- driven person with minimum intervention.
Ability to influence stakeholders to get things done.
Flexibility in terms of dealing with changing priorities and dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills to deal with customers, business partners, staff and management from a variety of skill levels as well as different authority levels within the organization and customer\'s organizations.
