Hyderabad Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Summary As a sales & Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales. This role requires a dynamic and result-driven professional with a proven track record in the real estate industry. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and executive sales strategies and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve set objective, providing training and mentorship as needed. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, incorporating trends and market conditions into strategic partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agent and other stakeholders, enhancing business opportunities. Develop and manage efficient network for sales distribution. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into project. Provide details sales forecasting and reports, analyzing data to inform decision making and strategy. Manage sales process from initial inquiry through to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience and adherence to legal and company guidelines. Qualification Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or a related field. Master degree is plus. Proven experience as a sales manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the real estate sector. Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
