PROFICIENCY:

  • Strategy Planning xe2x80x93Establishing short- and long-term budgets and
developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
  • Sales & Marketing - Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a
given time frame thereby enhancing existing customer base. Monitoring
supplies up to customer satisfaction
  • Business Development - Identifying and developing new customers for
long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers
to achieve repeat & referral business. Utilizing public information and
personal network for developing marketing intelligence to generate leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Maintaining relations with
customers to sustain the growth of the business.
  • Key Account Management - Building & maintaining healthy business
relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction,
and generating new business from existing accounts & developing them to
achieve consistent profitability.
Experiencexe2x80xa2 Supply Chain and Warehouse Management - Supports quality control,
facilitates better communication, improving financial performance,
enhances customer service etc.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Looking after new RFQxe2x80x99s/Product developments in coordination with
R&D team by having CCPM meetings regular basis.
  • Formulation of Techno- commercial proposal for new RFQs & ensuring
the timely submission of offers & negotiation with customers for
business nomination.
  • Formulation and submission of input cost increase working & following
up to get maximum increase.
  • Monitoring accounts statement for all the customers to ensure timely
receipt of payments as per agreed payment terms with help of regional
and accounts team. (including tooling and development payment)
  • Managing quarterly & half yearly RM settlement & ensuring timely
payments viasupplementary invoices.
  • Preparation of MIS report for Business Performance by 10th for
preceding month. Monitoring &Analysis of PV, CV & Off-road vehicles
Share of Business for all Customers & Locations, Gap Analysis to find
out the scope of penetration for new business.
  • Working on cost saving strategies related to Warehouses expenses by
optimizing storage,efficient packaging methods and scheduleBE- Mechanical, MBA- Sales & Marketing / MBS14-16 Yrs. Service
