A senior sales manager in the FMCG industry leads and manages sales operations, and oversees the junior sales management team. Their key responsibilities include:

• Growing sales : Growing new and incremental sales for the business
• Reducing customer turnover : Working to reduce customer turnover
• Managing the sales team : Managing the sales team and their performance
• Creating sales plans : Creating sales plans and executing sales strategies
• Aligning with company goals : Aligning the team's efforts with the company's overall sales objectives

Other responsibilities of a sales manager include:

• Recruiting, hiring, and training new sales staff
• Analyzing data
• Developing training programs for sales representatives
• Managing the supply planning process
• Ensuring on-time delivery
• Optimizing inventory levels

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per month
