Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact between our company and our clients, providing exceptional service and expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
