Designation: Sr. Sales Manager (Full Time, Permanent)

Qualification: Graduate/MBA/PG
Salary: 7-10 LPA + PLI + Perks
Key Result Area:
IT Recruitment, Staffing, C2H & Third Party Payroll Services
(Experience- Atleast 5+ years in Sales)
- 360\xc2\xb0 understanding of Sales Process- Lead Generation, Negotiation,
- Should be able to turnaround Business quickly, need to have proven track
- Must have worked with and executed High Value Contracts in Key Accounts.
- Should have good database of Potential clients for immediate business
- Should be Excellent at Lead Generation & Business development.
- Shall be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating Sales
- Will be given Revenue based targets and additional Performance Incentives
