Responsibilities:
o? ?Sourcing of Channel partners to generate leads and schedule appointments.
o? ?Conduct on-site sales activities for our real estate projects, engaging with potential clients and guiding them through the sales process.
o? ?Perform CP (Cold Calling) to generate leads and schedule appointments.
o? ?Efficiently manage client data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
o? ?Handle walk-in clients, providing them with information about the projects and addressing their queries.
o? ?Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
o? ?Work weekends and have one weekday off.
o? ?Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
o? ?Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is a plus.
o? ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o? ?Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o? ?Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o? ?Willingness to work on-site and engage with clients face-to-face.
o? ?Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o? ?Must be proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
o? ?Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
