Department Sales & Marketing Sales Executive REPORTING TO Sales Manager Location- Surat Education: Any graduate/MBA(Mkt) Experience : Min. 3 Years Pay Scale: upto INR 25000 JOB ROLE- Customer meetings and Relationship Building Ensure the expansion & penetration in market Attend queries of customers and planning visits accordingly. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Respond to complaints from customers and give them proper solution. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in CRM and present reports Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
