Client Engagement and Property Matching
• Understand clients' requirements regarding price, size, and location of properties.
• Present a selection of properties that meet clients' needs and provide detailed explanations during site visits.
Communication and Negotiation
• Keep clients informed about the status of their offers and the progress of negotiations and contracts.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Negotiate sales terms and conditions, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both parties.
Relationship Building
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Provide prompt responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Regularly follow up with clients to provide updates and ensure ongoing satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
• Offer ongoing support to clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Property Presentation and Sales
• Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about properties, including location, amenities, and pricing.
• Identify and target potential clients through prospecting techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Continuously seek new opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales volume.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales transactions in the company's lead tracking system (Salesforce).
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure the company meets or exceeds client expectations.
Collaboration and Client Satisfaction
• Collaborate with the internal outdoor marketing team for activities such as stalls and other outdoor events.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
II. Professional Development:
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and seminars to build professional relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Contributing to the professional development of self.
III. Documentation:
• Property Listings : Comprehensive listings of properties available for sale, including details on price, size, location, amenities, and other relevant information.
• Property Viewing Schedules : Calendars and schedules for property viewings organized for clients.
• Property Marketing Materials : Brochures, flyers, and digital presentations used during client meetings and site visits.
• Lead Generation Logs : Records of potential clients identified through various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Follow-up Plans : Detailed plans for following up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
• Marketing Campaign Records : Details of marketing campaigns and their effectiveness in generating leads.
• Collaboration Logs : Records of collaborative efforts with the internal marketing team, including event participation and results.
