Role & responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new Customers through effective prospecting and lead generation.
• Utilize various channels, including networking events, social media, and cold calling, to
build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Showcase properties to prospective buyers through effective presentations and property
tours.
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote listings and attract
potential buyers.
• Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favorable deals.
• Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments..
Preferred candidate profile
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate sales Executive.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Real estate license (if applicable in the region) is preferred.
• Experience in legal and registration process.
