- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Dealers, and Distributors to drive sales and business growth.
- Proactively initiate, manage, and close sales with clients on a daily basis.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings with Architects, Interior Designers, Dealers, and Distributors to ensure continued sales performance and business development.
- Identify emerging product/service opportunities and work to develop them in the market.
- Engage with local influencers, onboarding them as partners to expand Whitelion's reach.
- Manage expectations of Dealers and Retailers, ensuring mutually beneficial and productive relationships.
- Address and resolve any issues faced by Dealers or Retailers related to sales and administration.
- Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new Dealers and Retailers.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of Dealers and Retailers in your region to ensure targets and objectives are being met.
- Represent Whitelion at exhibitions and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
