As a Sales manager in our agency department, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of agents to achieve their sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of agents.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to enhance agent performance.
• Motivate and inspire agents to achieve their sales goals and exceed expectations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
• Address agent concerns and provide timely support.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints effectively.
