JOB OVERVIEW

Here at BetterLife Financial Services, Kadavanthra, Kochi, We are certified mutual fund distributors recognised by the AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) and also insurance advisors recognised by the IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India).

We are looking for an Operations Executive who is responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities. The Operations Executive can report to various parts of the company such as the Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Manager, but usually has direct access to senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Sr. SALES EXECUTIVE

• Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
• Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
• Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
• Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
• Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
• Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
• Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
• Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
• Meeting set targets and working closely with Marketing and Sales by methodically working on and following up on a variety of pro-active sales activity.

Knowledge:

• Bachelor's Degree & Master's Degree Preferred
• Minimum 1-4 years of experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
