Job Description

Customer Services :
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.

- Train and motivate staff to provide personalized service and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. (Twice in a Month)

- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

- To check that customers feedback forms and reporting on it to management are properly done by team or not.

Inventory Management :

- Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management on the sales floor.

- Conduct regular stock audits and implement procedures to minimize shrinkage and losses.

- Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed and maintain product availability.

Visual Merchandising :

- Manage the visual presentation of products on the sales floor to maximize visual appeal and drive sales.

- Ensure that displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and adhere to brand standards.

- Implement seasonal or promotional displays to highlight key products and drive sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,058.41 - ?30,000.00 per month
