The role involves showcasing and advising clients to invest in various residential projects. This involves client management i.e.; he/she need to get in touch with the clients and suggest the property which suits their requirement. 2. Meet the monthly, quarterly and annual target. 3. Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services. 4. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real-estate deals. 5. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property. 6. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts. 7. Converting prospects into buyer for show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment needs of the prospects. 8. Maintain contact with clients to discuss future business prospects. 9. Provide periodic reports to Company Management on sales operations and generated returns. 10. Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Requirement: 1. Degree/PG in Marketing, Communication or related field. 2. Effective communication skills. 3. Proven experience in real estate sales. 4.
