Roles and Responsibilities: The Key responsibilities will be developing and implementing the overall business strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability. You will lead the sales to achieve the company's sales objectives and expand our market share. Requirements: Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership - Proven sales experience in CRM software. Should be a consistent High performer and should be able to deliver under pressure. Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English & Hindi. Should have the ability to engage the customers and partners to ramp up business support while at the same time being able to deliver value. Strong technical knowledge of weather instrumentation products and software Good understanding of customer profiles, markets, and products and good networking skills. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and service of weather instrumentation products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ex-Servicemen are welcome. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of weather instrumentation products. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
