Position: Senior Engineer / Executive - Business Development

Location: Corporate Office, Andheri (E), Mumbai

Reporting To: Director - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development in designated areas.
• Implement and execute effective marketing strategies with distributors.
• Standardize discount structures among distributors to minimize cross-territory supplies.
• Build confidence among distributors by achieving results and enforcing changes.
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to meet these needs and achieve targets.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Continuously seek ways to improve business operations based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management or the Sales and Marketing Director.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Educational Background: B.E. (Mechanical), DME, Postgraduate in Marketing, or Science Graduate.
• 5-9 years of experience in Industrial Sales.

Pay: ?418,975.97 - ?800,000.00 per year
